Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls with a focus on identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Present product benefits clearly and confidently to customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent performance.
Maintain customer satisfaction while driving revenue.
Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes.
Follow all process guidelines and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills
(must).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior sales or voice process experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome.
