Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Fire Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire protection and fire alarm systems. The role ensures that all fire safety systems are functional and compliant with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, fire hydrants, sprinklers, and extinguishers
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment
• Identify faults and carry out timely repairs of fire detection and suppression systems
• Ensure compliance with fire safety norms and local regulations
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs
• Assist during fire drills, safety audits, and emergency situations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and safety officers
• Educate staff on basic fire safety and equipment usage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, hydrant systems, and firefighting equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and system layouts
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Physically fit and able to respond in emergency situations

Experience Requirement

• 1–5 years of experience as a Fire Technician or Fire Safety Technician
• Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, hotels, hospitals, or industrial facilities preferred

Certification (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Fire & Safety certification / diploma
• Valid fire safety training certificates (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
