Fire Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring fire safety compliance, conducting inspections, and providing training to staff. This role requires a proactive approach to fire prevention and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fire safety inspections and audits in various facilities.
• Develop and implement fire safety training programs for staff.
• Respond to fire incidents and assist in fire suppression operations.
• Prepare and maintain fire safety equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate the causes of fire incidents and prepare reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in fire safety management or a related role.
• Certification in Fire Safety and Emergency Management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire codes, regulations, and safety standards in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Proficient in using fire safety equipment and technology.
