Job Title: Fire Execution Engineer

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience

Job Description

• Act as the primary representative at project sites and ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project execution
• Plan and prepare project schedules based on material delivery timelines, installation sequences and client requirements
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
• Prepare daily work progress reports, delay-recovery plans and submit them to client and office
• Identify project requirements, constraints, and initiate corrective actions promptly
• Conduct site surveys, mobilize manpower, and deploy resources as per the execution plan
• Coordinate site safety activities and ensure all work permits are followed as per client protocols
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler, and Fire Detection systems as per standards
• Prepare test reports, measurement sheets, BOQ based on site execution, and ensure certification from client
• Manage materials at site including receipts, storage, weekly reconciliation, and documentation
• Track additional/non-PO work, submit details for quotation, and follow up for approvals
• Maintain complete documentation including test reports, material usage, stock status, attendance, and work records
• Prepare as-built drawings and ensure smooth handover of completed project

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems: Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Fire Detection
• Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of fire systems
• Familiarity with fire norms and regulations (PMRDA/MIDC and related authorities)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for site-based drawing modifications
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical aspects
• Strong planning, coordination, and documentation skills
