Designation: Safety Officer Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 3 4 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred. Key Responsibility:- Develop, maintain, and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and eliminate potential hazards,. Ensure all employees and contractors adhere to safety standards and regulations. Provide training and guidance on occupational safety and health practices. Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and inspections. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the safe execution of projects. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by employees. Stay updated with industry safety standards and regulatory changes. Required Skills:- Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and construction site safety standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
