Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leading Fire & Safety, security, Parking, Loss Prevention, Disaster Management departments and taking corrective and preventive actions by conducting frequent audits/visits to avoid any untoward incidents in Mall.
Ensuring & safeguarding full facility by deployment of Fire man,Security officers, Security Supervisors & guards .
Finalizing AMC and Maintenance of all security & fire safety equipment for 100% readiness.
Monitoring all Safety and security equipment like Fire alarm panel, smoke detector, sprinkler, Hydrant system, CCTV, DFMDs, HMDs for 100% operational readiness.
Prepared & Implemented Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPP) for the site.
Prepared and implemented Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) registers for all the activity at Malls and preparation of its control measures.
Preparing and imparting Training to all Management staff, Security, Parking, Housekeeping & Contractor for Fire and Safety Procedures and First Aid.
Ensuring implementation of all Security & HSE policies in organization.
Celebrated various campaigns like National Safety Week and Fire Service week.
Liaising with government officials for taking all NOCs relevant to the organization.
Conducted various joint Mock Drills with Fire & Police departments.
