FINSIHED GOODS STORES EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities

• Inventory management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Logistics and dispatch: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of finished goods, ensuring smooth and timely dispatch and delivery processes.
• Record-keeping and documentation: Maintain accurate records using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally) and ensure all documentation, including batch tracking and expiry dates, is up-to-date.
• Coordination: Liaise with other departments like Production, Quality Assurance, and Sales to ensure efficient flow of goods and information.
• Compliance: Ensure all store activities adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., Good Warehousing Practices, FIFO/FEFO).
• Reporting: Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports on stock movement, dispatches, and stock aging.
• Team management: Supervise and manage the storekeeping team and ensure best practices are followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,326.17 - ₹34,473.31 per month
