Role & responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all interior and finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and false ceiling, joinery, and fixture installations.

Ensure all finishing works meet design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure timely completion.

Monitor daily site activities and resolve any issues or delays in the finishing process.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials used.

Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings to guide finishing works.

Supervise execution of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works as per approved drawings and standards.

Execute all type of finishing work.

Qualifications:

Experience in painting, tiling, plastering, false ceiling, and flooring

Project management skills to oversee and coordinate finishing activities

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to resolve issues on-site and ensure timely completion of projects

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
