As a Manager Finishing, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the finishing process for single, high-profile projects. This includes being the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery. You will also coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to meet project objectives. You will provide guidance on finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and quality expectations. You will also be in charge of quality control, ensuring high-quality finishing standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This includes conducting inspections and quality checks at various stages of the finishing process, implementing corrective measures when necessary, and driving continuous improvement. As the Manager Finishing, you will oversee the selection, procurement, and management of materials required for finishing work. You will ensure the correct materials are used, coordinate closely with procurement teams, and manage the efficient use of resources to minimize waste and ensure timely availability. Your role will also involve problem-solving and risk management, where you will identify potential project risks, work proactively to resolve challenges, and prevent delays. You will provide innovative solutions to technical or logistical problems and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintaining excellent client communication is crucial in this role. You will need to maintain relationships with clients, offer regular updates on project progress, address client concerns promptly and professionally, and ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience.
