Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Finishing role at L&T Construction involves the day-to-day tasks of managing and overseeing finishing activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and interior work. This role requires ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications and timelines. The Finishing professional will coordinate with various teams, perform inspections, and supervise contractors to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the duration of the project.

• Ability to manage and oversee finishing activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and contractors
