Finishing Engineer

Job Description :-

• Project Finishing Oversight: Lead and coordinate all finishing work including painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, and other surface treatments, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of finishing work to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines for all finishing tasks.
• Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues in finishing processes and implement solutions to mitigate delays and enhance quality.
• Client Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns related to the finishing phase of the project.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, MS Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-11 years of experience in finishing engineering within the construction sector, specifically in residential and institutional projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.Tech/B.E. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting design blueprints and implementing finishing specifications.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate finishing teams to achieve project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management
• Experience with sustainable building materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
