Job Description

Job Role: Oversee and manage all finishing and interior work activities at the site, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the execution of finishing works like plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, etc.Coordinate with architects, MEP, and civil teams to ensure smooth workflow. Review drawings and ensure execution as per specifications and quality standards.Conduct site inspections, manage snag lists, and ensure timely rectification. Monitor workforce and materials to avoid delays and wastage. Ensure safety compliance and daily progress reporting. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in finishing work for high-rise or industrial/commercial projects. Strong understanding of modern finishing materials and techniques.Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
