Product Sales: Sell a range of financial products – Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Equity, etc. Portfolio Management: Help clients build and track their investment plans. Client Retention: Provide regular follow-up and market updates to keep clients engaged. 7. Channel Sales Manager Experience: 2–5 years Core Responsibilities: Channel Development: Recruit and onboard new financial agents/partners. Partner Training: Educate them on products, compliance, and sales techniques. Performance Monitoring: Ensure channel partners meet monthly targets. Revenue Growth: Expand channel network to increase business volume. 8. Business Partner Experience: 5+ years in investment sales or independent advisory Core Responsibilities: Independent Business: Act as a franchise/associate of the company under your own name.
