Financial Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a Financial Sales Consultant in the Sales & Distribution Wealth Management/Asset Management industry, you will play a crucial role as a Relationship Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive mutual fund sales, establish and nurture strong client relationships, and expand distribution channels within the BFSI/Asset Management sector. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of mutual fund products and successfully meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. - Acquire new clients through various means such as networking, references, open market activities, and collaboration with channel partners. - Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions. - Collaborate with internal teams and branches to ensure smooth business operations. - Organize and conduct Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) to enhance product knowledge and engage clients effectively. - Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing customers. - Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction to secure repeat business. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the BFSI or Asset Management industry. - Possession of NISM Series V-A Certification is mandatory and must be clearly mentioned in your CV. - A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational qualification required. - Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
