Role Overview – Financial Sales Advisor

We’re looking for a dynamic and confident sales professional with experience in:
✔ BPO outbound/inbound sales✔ Insurance sales✔ Credit card or banking sales✔ Target-based customer handling

This role involves educating clients about our financial relief and legal support services, converting leads, and guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Take inbound calls to potential clients and explain debt management solutions
• ✔ Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through strong product knowledge
• ✔ Handle sensitive financial cases with empathy and clarity
• ✔ Collaborate with the legal & operations team for smooth client onboarding
• ✔ Maintain follow-up trackers, call logs, and client updates
• ✔ Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with a performance-driven approach

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in BPO sales, insurance sales, or credit card sales
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent persuasion & negotiation skills
• Ability to explain financial solutions in a simple and confident manner
• High professionalism when dealing with sensitive client situations

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with financially stressed customers
• Understanding of basic finance, loans, and debt-related terms
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calling
• Strong follow-up discipline
