Role Description As a Client Harassment Call Support Executive in the Paralegal Team, you will assist clients facing harassment due to debt issues. Your responsibilities will include handling calls related to harassment complaints, providing support, and ensuring clients receive legal guidance to resolve their issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle harassment complaints and provide support to clients. Respond to client queries via phone and email. Collaborate with the legal team to resolve issues and provide updates. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and complaints. Assist clients through onboarding and offer continuous support. Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, Tamil , Telugu and Kannada. Previous experience in customer support & Tele caller is a plus.
