Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting products, and drive sales performance within the store. You will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets, staying knowledgeable about products, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and help them locate the products they are interested in. - Respond to customer inquiries, offer product details, and suggest suitable options based on their requirements. - Foster strong customer relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up. - Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Actively promote sales, special promotions, and loyalty programs to customers. - Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to boost store revenue. - Stay informed about product updates, new arrivals, and industry trends. - Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers. - Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. - Arrange displays, stock shelves, and ensure proper tagging and pricing of products. - Handle cash register transactions with precision and efficiency. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales data. - Collaborate with the store team to meet sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. - Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and events to contribute to the overall team success. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. - Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining records. - Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.,
