Job Description

SUMMARY Job Opening: Financial Reporter Location: Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata Responsibilities: Conducting complex analyses with minimal oversight from team members once onboarding and training has been completed. Providing support to external auditors, including documenting walkthrough examples. Evaluating the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information based upon industry trends, authoritative literature, and business objectives. Gaining proficiency in using Workday, HSIDB, Salesforce, and other systems to gather information and provide support to statutory auditors. Gaining proficiency in using Canvas, the EY file-sharing platform, so that requests can be provided to statutory auditors directly. Providing data collection support to PwC, Hyland’s local financial statement preparer. Reviewing and providing feedback on GAAP-to-Statutory reconciliations. Performing detailed review of the statutory financial statements, including checking statements for clerical accuracy, ensuring that prior year figures agree to the final signed statements from the previous year, and ensuring figures are mapped correctly from the trial balance to the financial statements. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate Experience with Financial Reporting. Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Collaboration skills, successfully applied within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic ability to present updates to internal and external stakeholders. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Self-directed with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight. Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Benefits US Shift 5 days working Salary : Upto 40k ctc or Hike on your last drawn salary as per market standard.
