Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and planners to achieve business objectives.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a team lead role.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
