Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You will conduct Cost Benefit Analysis for key initiatives, develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans, and create modeling tools to track progress. By monitoring performance indicators and identifying trends, you will play a crucial role in decision-making processes. Collaborating with various business units, you will serve as the analytical engine of the company, providing valuable insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include disseminating financial information, analyzing performance metrics, and offering recommendations based on accurate and timely financial reports. Additionally, you will support senior management by conducting in-depth financial analysis and tracking expenses against the budget. In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, including Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, Capital Expenditure analysis, and project-specific reports as requested by senior management. By presenting detailed Variance analysis and assessing the impact of foreign exchange on business operations, you will contribute to informed decision-making processes.
