Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Develop financial models and variance analysis to support business initiatives
Partner with business units to analyze performance and identify improvement areas
Monitor key metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
Support long-term planning and strategic analysis initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
