Job Description

Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the studio and individual VFX projects.
Maintain and update cost trackers and compare actuals vs. budget
Coordinate with production teams to gather and validate cost data, including crew costs, software licenses, render farm usage, etc.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure invoice tracking, PO reconciliation, and vendor cost matching.
Liaise with production coordinators, HR, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth data flow.
Support the finance team during audits and compliance checks.
