Roles and Responsibilities Provided overall supervision and performed quality control (QC) activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Assisted in the development and implementation of comprehensive quality control plans, procedures, and inspection protocols. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements. Monitored project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential quality issues to avoid delays or non-conformities. Coordinated effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to pre-emptively address quality-related concerns. Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2001, and their application in construction/project environments. Ensured all works met or exceeded client specifications and were executed in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS), method statements, and contract requirements. Led quality assurance initiatives with a commitment to continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Conducted internal quality audits, and played a key role in preparing and maintaining Quality Manuals, QMS documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
