As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional at CTC, you will play a crucial role in driving detailed financial analysis for large-scale projects, focusing on strategic oversight as a core function of FP&A. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project-level forecasts, preparing variance analyses, and identifying financial risks and opportunities to provide executive recommendations. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process automation, implementing best practices to enhance reporting accuracy, and improving operational efficiency. In addition to your FP&A responsibilities, you will be involved in project management and cross-functional collaboration. This aspect of your role will require you to manage project costs and budgets, collaborate closely with stakeholders such as procurement and PMO teams, and coordinate with construction partners. Emphasis will be placed on managing CapEx budgets, which will require not only FP&A skills but also project-specific expertise in construction and capital planning.
