Your role will require exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong ethical foundation, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture enduring client relationships by maintaining consistent communication and providing exceptional service. - Evaluate clients' financial circumstances, requirements, and objectives to suggest appropriate life insurance solutions. - Clearly present and elucidate insurance policy options and advantages to clients. - Aid clients in completing policy applications, navigating underwriting procedures, and handling claims as needed. - Stay abreast of product offerings, industry developments, and regulatory modifications. - Achieve or surpass sales objectives and business expansion targets. - Conduct regular follow-ups to guarantee client contentment and efficient policy servicing. - Keep precise records of client interactions and policy specifics using CRM tools. Qualifications: - High school diploma mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. - Possession of a Life Insurance License or willingness to acquire one. - Demonstrated background in sales, insurance, or financial advising is highly advantageous. - Profound knowledge of life insurance products and financial planning. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
