Financial Modelling Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on

  3-Statement, DCF, M&A, LBO, Comps, Precedent Transactions, Project Finance, and Scenario Analysis models

  .
• Mentor students on live projects, assignments, and case studies.
• Develop and update training materials and provide constructive guidance.
• Lead doubt-clearing sessions and ensure learning outcomes.
• Share real-world insights and stay updated with industry practices in financial modelling and valuation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in finance

  with strong expertise in financial modelling.
• Prior

  training or teaching experience

  preferred.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, valuation, M&A, and investment banking concepts

  .
• Professional qualifications like

  CA, CFA, ACCA, FRM, CPA, or MBA-Finance

  preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
