Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Financial Counselor to assist patients in understanding their medical bills, insurance coverage, and available payment options. The role involves guiding patients through the financial aspects of their healthcare journey, ensuring clarity, support, and timely resolution of billing concerns. Key Responsibilities: Explain hospital charges, insurance benefits, and payment plans to patients. Assist with insurance pre-authorizations and eligibility verification. Support patients in applying for financial assistance, if eligible. Coordinate with billing and admissions teams for seamless patient experience. Requirements: Graduate in finance, healthcare, or related field. Prior experience in hospital billing or patient financial services preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
