Role Overview:

Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive key financial initiatives and ensure timely execution with management and project teams.
  
• Monitor and report business performance; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Manage

  collections, overdues, and receivables

  ; ensure timely reconciliations and documentation.
• Oversee

  project-wise and segment-wise performance

  and cost analysis.
• Implement and ensure compliance with companys financial and commercial policies.
  
• Lead monthly reviews on expenses, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Support

  taxation and statutory compliance

  activities, including handling of VAT/GST litigation.
• Supervise and guide the finance team (23 members).
  
• Coordinate with legal and supply chain teams on cases and inventory reduction.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 5 - 10 years of experience.
  
• Strong background in

  accounting, taxation, reporting, and project financial management

  .
• Experience in

  team handling and stakeholder management

  .
• Good communication and analytical skills.
  
• Self-driven professional with the ability to implement process improvements.
