Our core team comprises alumni from BITS Pilani, IIM, and XLRI, each with over a three decades of experience in business transformation, supply chain, technology, and product development. Previously, we have built several highly impactful tech startups from the ground up.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial landscape, enabling informed decision-making, and supporting its growth journey. Your multifaceted responsibilities require a combination of expertise, strategic thinking, and adaptability to drive the financial success of the organization. This position reports to CFO and will be based out of our corporate office at Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
• statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / Companies
• Act).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable.

Compliance & Audit

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal auditors for timely
• audits, Due Diligence and filings.
• Maintain internal financial controls and strengthen processes for risk management.

Management Reporting & Decision Support

• Provide MIS reports and financial dashboards to management.
• Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and scenario planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Well Qualified Chartered Accountant

• 0 to 5 years post qualification experience

• Industry Agnostic

• Experience working with early-stage startup companies is advantageous, as it showcases your adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments

• Good communication skills to work with management, auditors, and external
• stakeholders.

• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
