Management/Financial Reporting:

Preparing accurate and timely management/financial reports, business reviews.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Internal Controls & Audits:

Implementing and monitoring internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Lead the various audit initiatives.

Compliances:

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, secretarial compliances and accounting standards.

Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and reporting findings to management.

Capex, Project updates and Fixed Assets Custodian:

Prepare Capex proposals, track project updates and preparing accurate and timely capex or fixed asset reports etc..

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and implementing solutions
