Financial Controller

Purpose of the position

To ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance, helping management make timely and informed decisions that drive the company's operational and financial success.

The Key areas of accountability/responsibility:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and management reports, aligning with both Envalior's global standards and local

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS and IFRS).

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results to
• Oversee compliances of legal entity including Statutory Audit, Internal Financial Control, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Income Tax return, and Transfer Pricing Liaise with auditors (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate audit schedules.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including price and budget variances, to identify areas for improvement and cost control
• Oversee end-to-end accounting

• Coordinate with Genpact (shared services) for bringing out efficiency in the existing
• Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with IFRS, Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and
• Perform balance sheet monitoring i.e, financial variance analysis and understanding of open items.

Requirements

• The Financial Controller ensures accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, assisting with audits, and helping manage compliance. • Minimum

  3 yrs of relevant experience

  required

• Complete Chartered Accountant (CA)
