Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Need candidates from B4's firm-

Financial Reporting & Compliance-

Assist in preparation of annual financial statements as per Companies Act, 2013 and IndAS, IGAAP.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly accruals and closure processes.
Support SEBI regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Management Reporting & Analysis
Assist in preparing internal MIS reports for the CFO and MD, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
Contribute to management business reports, financial analysis, and expenditure tracking and control.
Coordinate and support monthly and quarterly presentations for the Fincon Team and Board Meetings.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for financial data and reconciliations.
Coordinate reconciliations between AMC and Mutual Fund, and ensure accurate reporting to the Parent Company.

Qualifications & Experience

CA Preference to 1st attempt
2-4 years of experience in AMC/Insurance / Banking industry / Financial Services Sector into financial reporting & MIS.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and audit .
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial ERP systems.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
