We are seeking a highly skilled Financial & Compliance Consultant to manage statutory, legal, and financial compliance for IBITF and its incubated startups. The role involves ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, GST laws, and Income Tax regulations. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact for correspondence with the Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities, handle preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), and draft Notices, Agendas, and Resolutions for Board and Members meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating Internal, Statutory, and CAG audits, guiding startups on compliance processes, and facilitating registrations such as PAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC, MSME/Udyam, DIPP, and Startup India. The role also covers company/LLP incorporation, drafting MoA, AoA, and LLP agreements, and managing compliance filings under GST, Income Tax, and Company/LLP laws. The consultant will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports while ensuring governance, adherence to IBITF policies, and timely completion of all event-based statutory requirements.
