Job Description

Role Overview

As an ACCA Fresher, you will be part of the Finance team, supporting key accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their ACCA qualification and are eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of IFRS 17 financial statements for the company.
Preparing policy choices papers and BRD for system implementation of IFRS 17
Support
regulatory compliance
and ensure adherence to IRDAI and other statutory requirements.
Perform
account reconciliations
, variance analysis, and assist in audits.
Collaborate with internal teams for
budgeting and forecasting
activities.
Contribute to
process improvements
and automation initiatives within the finance function.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

ACCA qualification
(completed or final stage).
Strong understanding of
IFRS
, financial statements, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
