Financial CapEx Analyst

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Global CapEx Management

• Oversee and review capital expenditure plans across all international plants.
• Ensure alignment of CapEx initiatives with corporate strategy, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Track, validate, and report on project progress and spending against approved budgets.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop detailed projections for all CapEx-related spending, including new equipment, facility expansions, and replacements.
• Integrate all CapEx data into

  cash flow forecasts

  to maintain visibility of global financial requirements.
• Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual spending, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Automation ROI Evaluation

• When CapEx involves automation, assess

  project payback periods

  and verify that expected ROI meets corporate thresholds

  prior to purchase approval

• Support decision-making by preparing business cases and financial models for automation-related investments.

Global Cost & Compliance Oversight

• Project and incorporate

  logistics, VAT, and duty costs

  associated with global CapEx shipments into financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international accounting standards and company financial policies.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the

  CapEx Review Team

  on a

  bi-weekly basis

  to align on strategic updates, risks, and financial outcomes.
• Provide consolidated global reporting to senior management, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all sites.
• Coordinate with regional finance and plant controllers to maintain data integrity and visibility.
