Financial Business Analyst

As a Financial Analyst - Business Excellence at the Noida office, you will play a crucial role in utilizing your financial acumen, technical proficiency, and process improvement capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and process optimization. - Leading cost optimization and process improvement projects within the organization. - Building dashboards and automated reports to provide insights for data-driven decision-making. - Manipulating and analyzing data sets to extract valuable information. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. - Developing financial models to aid in strategic decision-making. - Assisting in executive presentations and business reviews. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs and/or MBA from IIMs or equivalent Tier-1 institutes. - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business excellence, or related roles. - Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. - Demonstrate experience in developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau. - Showcase a track record in process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency projects. - Exhibit a solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Any familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in automation, certification in Business Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, or Financial Modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems such as LSQ, NPF, or Salesforce.,
