Financial Business Analyst

Role

The ideal candidate will be key in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document financial process requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver Oracle Financials (EBS) solutions.
• Support, maintain, and enhance modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Provide functional support for issue resolution and ensure system stability.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
• Conduct process gap analysis and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
• Prepare user documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 46 years of proven experience in

  Oracle Financials (EBS)

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of modules:

  AP, AR, GL, FA, CM

  .
• Good understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in support and upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
