Financial Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for participating and managing multiple projects to ensure compliance with regulator's rules, identifying reconciliation breaks, and improving the quality of Referential data in the Database. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Onshore teams to develop expertise, manage mapping and reconciliations, and provide clean data to Database Users and Client Referential Management based on legal sources, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Your role will also involve maintaining Referential Data in primary and downstream systems, ensuring accurate setup for clients, carrying out verification of processed requests, training new staff, participating in UAT periods, and proposing enhancements for data management. Key Responsibilities: - Participate and manage multiple projects to ensure compliance with regulator's rules - Identify reconciliation breaks and improve quality of Referential data in the Database - Collaborate closely with Onshore teams to develop expertise and coordinate mapping and reconciliations - Maintain Referential Data in primary and downstream systems - Ensure accurate setup of information for clients - Verify requests processed to ensure optimum quality - Train new staff on procedures and best practices - Participate in UAT periods and propose enhancements for data management - Provide production and quality service to multiple Business lines/functions and External customers - Actively participate in procedural changes/requirements review meetings - Contribute to Projects/System Changes/UAT/new system implementation - Develop and propose ideas for better partnership with Business and Onshore - Prepare MIS/KPI reports as required by stakeholders Qualifications Required: - University Graduate - 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations - Flexible with shift timings (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
