What does a successful IT Security Administrator do at Fiserv ? Will serve as the Global Cyber Security resource for managing and maintaining the various tools and solutions deployed as per the Fiserv global standard to protect and safeguard the assets of Fiserv business units in India. Serve in a liaison role between the GCS and specific business unit(s) to support Mainframe Security and IAM infrastructure aligned with the business and security policy compliance requirements. Ensure that the periodic access review is facilitated for the different business applications and ensure that security compliance is maintained while processing the various requests for changes and access. Participates in new projects related to the specific business units ensuring that each projects information and IT security access requirements and any deviations are identified and reported to the Security Engineer or the ISO and work with the ISO to ensure that suitable controls are recommended to resolve the access deviations and significantly reduce the security risk. What will you do: Ensure mainframe security controls are in place in Infrastructure. Experience in generating Vanguard Security reports. Assist in the Implementation of security tools for new systems as required and participate in projects that require security implementation. This is a vital role which carries with it a high level of responsibility and trust, must become fully conversant with Fiserv Security Policy and procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively for the Fiserv India network. What will you need to know: Experience on various IT Security tools and solutions with hands on experience in solution design, tool implementation, management and monitoring for Mainframe Security RACF/ACF2. Hands on experience in RACF/ACF2 User ID management. Should be able to support break fix issue with minimum guidance. Exposure to Mainframe Security IAM operations is required. Exposure to Vanguard security Tool. Privilege Access Management. Exposure to Role Based Access Controls (RBAC). Knowledge regarding PCI DSS standard, handling Internal and External Audits including PCI DSS. PCI PIN, ISO27001 and client audits is beneficial. 7+ years related IAM experience.
