What We’re Looking For

Finance Analyst

What You’ll Do

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Maintain and analyze operational, financial, and performance data
• Build and manage dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for leadership reviews
• Identify trends, variances, and process gaps to recommend improvements

1. Business Insights:

• Partner with Finance, Supply, and Category teams to provide data-driven insights
• Support leadership in pricing, vendor performance, and customer journey analysis
• Run ad-hoc analysis to solve high-priority business questions

1. Process Discipline:

• Automate recurring reports and trackers for better efficiency
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting
• Document and streamline data collection processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
• Good

  business understanding and logical reasoning

• Comfort with

  numbers, analysis, and problem-solving-

• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL/Python/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Year 0–1: Finance Analyst

• Own core reporting & dashboards
• Deliver insights that drive measurable impact on efficiency and collections

Year 2–3: Senior Analyst / Finance Intelligence Lead

• Lead analytics across multiple verticals
• Implement advanced BI tools and mentor junior analysts

Beyond Year 3:

• Potential paths into
