• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-
making.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with key
stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies between actuals and
forecasts/budgets.
• Assist with cost analysis, profitability analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to
management.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reports.
• Maintain and improve financial databases, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, operations,
marketing) to support company-wide initiatives.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
(Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets , financial modelling and
automation.
• Experience with SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
