Description
In this role, you will support business operations involving German-speaking vendors and partners, working closely with global fice, operations, technology, and business teams. You will leverage your fluency in German and English, combined with strong analytical skills, ownership, and execution discipline, to deliver accurate, scalable, and high-quality outcomes.
Language Stakeholder Support Communicate clearly and professionally with German-speaking vendors and stakeholders via email, chat, and calls Translate, review, and validate basic to intermediate German business and fice documentation Support issue resolution and manage escalations for German-speaking partners, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes Fice Operations Process Excellence Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities Drive daily operations to meet or exceed performance, accuracy, and controllership targets Lead resolution of critical vendor issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented to enhance customer experience Partner with Technology, Product, and Business Partnering teams to design scalable, efficient, and compliant processes Represent Fice Operations in leadership reviews and stakeholder discussions Strategy, Risk Continuous Improvement Contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term operational improvement roadmaps Identify and assess ficial and operational risks and opportunities, driving mitigation plans and ad-hoc initiatives Use data-driven insights to influence decisions, improve efficiency, and support business growth Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen automation, accuracy, and scalability Basic Qualifications German language proficiency at B1, B2, or C1 level (Goethe / TELC / SD or equivalent) 8+ years of overall professional experience Prior experience in customer support, IT support, BPO, sales, or fice operations Experience working with international clients or global business processes 4+ years of experience across multiple fice and accounting roles 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience 4+ years of experience applying key ficial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysis 4+ years of experience driving process improvements through automation and data analysis Proven ability to influence business decisions using data and insights Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive alignment Strong decision-making capability in high-pressure and ambiguous environments Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in German and English Bachelor s degree in accounting, fice, or business, or a Master s degree in accounting or fice Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience identifying data gaps or inaccuracies, conducting root cause analysis, and executing escalation plans 4+ years of experience solving complex business challenges through ficial modeling, analysis, and recommendations with measurable business impact Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL / ETL Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and ficial performance interpretation 4+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience Bachelors degree in fice, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) B1 or B2 certification in the German language 4+ years of applying key ficial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
