Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the operations team to deliver client services, including but not restricted to financial modeling, asset management and tracking, financial reporting, and data analysis. The analyst will possess very good Microsoft Excel skills, including some basic knowledge of finance and accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze financing documents including transaction/deal files such as financial statements, corporate contracts, investment term sheets, proposals, and draft agreements.
• Develop and maintain financial models with a focus on forecasting, loan modeling, and risk management.
• Work effectively with complex, Excel-based models, including project finance structures for infrastructure deals in energy, mobility, and construction sectors.
• Have a good grasp of financial accounting concepts and the ability to model innovative financial scenarios for the client given the deal requirements.
• Maintain proficiency and ongoing updates to client s financial models, investment memos, and industry research resources.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting concentration with 2-3 years of experience in financial modeling or related project and internship experience.
• Preferably working knowledge of financial accounting (US GAAP).
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in Excel, and working knowledge of shortcuts and advanced functions.
• Any work experience in information services and/or US clients is a plus.

Working Arrangements:

• The candidate will be required to have some flexibility in working hours with potential afternoon- late
  evening shifts. Typical shift timings are 11am 8pm.
