Financial Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst

• Develop and analyze financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Evaluate financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support the preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and ROI analysis for ongoing and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting teams for reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial accuracy.
• Track expenses, revenue streams, and cost centers; ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Create dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management review.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation for all financial activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA (Finance) or CFA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, financial analysis tools, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
