Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with strong expertise in cryptocurrency, equity markets, ETFs, mutual funds, wealth management, and trade settlements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trading, corporate actions, taxation, and investment advisory, along with solid knowledge of NISM compliance. This role involves market analysis, trade processing, and supporting investment clients with high-quality financial insights.

Position I. Wealth Management

• Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and mutual funds.
• Monitor market trends, corporate actions, dividends, and company financials.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare detailed research reports.
• Support strategies for wealth management and investment advisory.

Position II. Clearance & Settlement / Trade Operations & Settlements

• Execute and monitor equity, ETF, and crypto trades as per client or internal mandates.

• Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade settlement.

• Reconcile trades, positions, and funds, ensuring all breaks or mismatches are resolved promptly.

• Monitor settlement cycles (T+1/T+2) and manage exceptions or pending trades.
• Ensure all activities comply with NISM guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for audit, compliance, and internal review.
• Handle trade processing, trade settlements, and equity settlements across markets.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement breaks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational SOPs

Position III. Taxes / Taxation

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax returns as per statutory deadlines.
• Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and reports to support monthly and annual compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and assist auditors during statutory, internal, or tax audits.
• Monitor TDS/TCS deductions, deposits, and generation of Form 16/16A through TRACES.
• Handle tax notices, queries, and compliance issues by coordinating with consultants or authorities.
• Ensure adherence to the latest tax laws, regulations, circulars, and internal compliance SOPs

Position IV. Asset Servicing

• Process and monitor corporate actions such as dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, and redemptions across client portfolios.
• Coordinate with custodians, depositories, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate entitlement processing.
• Validate corporate action announcements, record dates, payment details, and reconcile benefits with client holdings.
• Ensure timely posting of income, interest, and corporate action proceeds while resolving breaks or mismatches.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS for audit, compliance, and internal review.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and operational controls related to corporate actions and asset servicing activities

Position V. Corporate Actions

• Process and validate corporate action events such as dividends, bonuses, rights issues, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
• Review corporate action announcements, record dates, and market notifications to ensure accurate entitlement calculation.
• Coordinate with custodians, depositories, fund managers, and brokers for timely instruction and event processing.
• Reconcile corporate action proceeds, allotments, and benefits with client holdings and resolve exceptions or breaks.
• Ensure timely posting of income, redemption payouts, and other entitlements into client accounts or portfolios.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and audit records while adhering to regulatory and operational guidelines.

Position VI. Trading Infra

• Monitor and support trading platforms, OMS/EMS systems, and market connectivity to ensure uninterrupted trading operations.

• Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, and technical teams to resolve connectivity issues, latency problems, or order-routing failures.
• Perform daily health checks on trading systems, APIs, market data feeds, and FIX connections.
• Assist in system upgrades, UAT testing, and deployment of new trading tools or infrastructure enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to exchange guidelines, risk controls, and internal trading system SOPs.
• Maintain logs, incident records, and reports for audits, compliance, and operational reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and wealth management.
• Experience in trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk.
• Familiarity with NISM certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of taxation for equity and crypto transactions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
