Role Overview: As a Financial Advisor at Infusion51, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with investors, raising capital, and providing guidance on investment strategies that align with our portfolio. This position is sales-focused, requiring exceptional networking skills, financial expertise, and the ability to present lucrative investment opportunities to individuals, HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and onboard potential investors such as HNIs, institutions, and venture partners. - Present Infusion51's venture fund and accelerator investment opportunities to clients. - Tailor investment strategies based on investor goals, risk profiles, and financial objectives. - Foster enduring relationships with investors through regular updates, portfolio reviews, and events. - Collaborate with Eranaya Solutions and portfolio startups to align investment strategies with growth requirements. - Conduct thorough market research to spot trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in venture capital and financial products. - Attain fundraising and sales targets while upholding compliance with regulatory and company standards. - Assist the investor relations team in creating presentations, reports, and communication materials. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (an MBA/CFA is advantageous). - Possess 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment sales, wealth management, or venture funding. - Profound understanding of venture capital, private equity, investment products, and financial markets. - Demonstrated success in client acquisition, fundraising, or sales. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Capable of building trust with investors and representing the firm in a professional manner. - Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking capabilities.
