What You Will Do

1. Engage & Qualify Prospects

• Understand customer needs, investment goals & concerns.
• Manage inbound leads and actively prospect outbound through calls, emails, and digital channels.

2. Drive Customer Conversations

• Clearly present Equentis’ research products and equity advisory services.
• Help customers understand our value proposition and how our solutions fit their goals.

3. Support the Sales Journey

• Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM systems and ensure seamless lead movement.

4. Collaborate for Growth

• Work closely with marketing & field sales teams to improve conversion strategies.
• Share customer insights to help enhance campaigns and product communication.

5. Track Performance & Upskill

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, equity research basics, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• 1 – 3 years of experience

  in Financial Advisory / BFSI / Finance / Sales / Marketing
• Strong communication skills in

  English, Hindi

  , plus any regional language is a bonus
• High accuracy, strong follow-through, and willingness to stretch when needed
• Knowledge of equity markets =
