Company: Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) Location: Lucknow (Work From Office / Work From Home / Hybrid options available) Job Summary : We are hiring highly motivated individuals for the role of Financial Advisor with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. In this role, you will offer life insurance solutions to clients based on their financial needs. This is a performance-based role where earnings are directly linked to your business contributions. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell ABSLI's life insurance and investment products. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans. Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support. Follow ethical practices and adhere to all company and IRDAI compliance guidelines. Attend periodic training and performance review sessions. Eligibility:Age: 20 years and above Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills Experience: Fresher or experienced individuals from any background may apply Earnings / Payout Structure:This is a performance-based earning opportunity. Financial Advisors can earn 30% to 40% commission on the business generated (as per IRDAI and company payout guidelines). No fixed monthly salary during the advisor phase. Career Growth & Promotion:After 3 months, eligible and high-performing advisors will be promoted to a Team Leader or Agency Partner (AP) role. In the promoted role, advisors become eligible for additional team-based earnings and fixed payouts based on the team’s performance. Support and training will be provided for leadership development. Work Flexibility:Work From Home (WFH), Work From Office (WFO), and Hybrid working models are available, based on the candidate’s preference and location feasibility.
