Finance Transformation Manager

Job Title:

We are seeking professionals with 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation to drive process improvement initiatives across the F&A process which includes R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A etc., process optimization, change management, stakeholder engagement, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects across the

  F&A domain

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization using

  Lean Six Sigma

  methodologies.
• Partner with Business leads and IT stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of F&A processes.
• Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes.
• Contribute to digital initiatives leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors, High radius or other cloud-based F&A platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert on F&A processes.
