About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Financial Coordination

• Follow up with enrolled students for pending payments within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, payment commitments, and fee-related communications.
• Ensure timely fee collection and reduce payment delays through systematic tracking.
• Coordinate with counselors and relevant departments regarding student payment status.

Student Operations & Class Management

• Manage batch scheduling and ensure students are assigned to the correct programs.
• Coordinate with mentors/trainers and assign them as per course requirements.
• Share class links, schedules, and curriculum updates with students.
• Monitor attendance, class progress, and training delivery quality.
• Address student queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain fee statements, payment follow-ups, and student documentation.
• Assist with invoices, receipts, and financial reports when needed.
• Ensure transparency and professionalism in all communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and student coordination.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office/Google Sheets and maintaining financial records.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in operations/finance/academic coordination will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary:

  ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (Depending on experience and performance)
